Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using drlaurynb.com (the "Site") or purchasing any programs, courses, memberships, coaching services, or other offerings (collectively, "Services") provided by Roslin Media LLC, doing business as Dr. Lauryn B ("Dr. Lauryn B.," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or purchasing any Service, you ("User" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any Services.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms contain a binding individual arbitration provision and a class-action waiver in Section 14 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution). By using the Site or purchasing any Services, you agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration and waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. Please review Section 14 carefully.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site or Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms, together with any applicable program agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dr. Lauryn B. regarding your use of the Site and Services.

2. Description of Services

Dr. Lauryn B. offers a range of educational, coaching, and consulting services for healthcare professionals and private practice owners, including but not limited to:

  • Rich Doc Lab (Essentials, Pro, and Add-On tiers)

  • The Multipassionate CEO

  • The Personal Brand Protocol

  • Growth Lab

  • Branding Bootcamp

  • Brand Strategy Sessions (virtual and in-person)

  • Online courses, workshops, and digital products

  • Podcast content (Rich Doc Energy)

  • Speaking engagements and events

All descriptions, pricing, and program details are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Educational & Informational Purpose

All content on the Site and within our Services, including coaching, consulting, podcast episodes, courses, and digital resources, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site or in our Services constitutes legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice specific to your individual situation.

Dr. Lauryn B. is a licensed chiropractor; however, information shared through this Site and business coaching services does not constitute chiropractic care, medical advice, or a patient-provider relationship of any kind.

Results shared by Dr. Lauryn B. or her clients (including income, business growth, and practice metrics) are not guarantees of your results. Individual outcomes vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Purchases & Payment

a. Pricing

All prices for programs and Services are listed on the Site or provided during a sales conversation and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

b. Payment

Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is offered. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount. All sales are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

c. Payment Plans

If you enroll in a program on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments for the full program investment regardless of your continued participation or completion of the program. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of our programs and content, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds on courses, memberships, digital products, or coaching programs once access has been granted or a session has been delivered.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dr. Lauryn B. and are not guaranteed. If you have a concern, please contact us at the email below within 48 hours of purchase before accessing program materials.

Brand Strategy Sessions: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our programs, including but not limited to course materials, workbooks, podcast episodes, videos, graphics, written content, methodologies (including Brand DNA and Rich Doc Lab frameworks), and trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Lauryn Brunclik and/or Roslin Media and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

•        Reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any program content without written permission

•        Use our content to create competing products or services

•        Record, screen-capture, or redistribute live sessions, coaching calls, or course videos

•        Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of access and may subject you to legal action.

7. Confidentiality

In the course of coaching or group programs, clients may share sensitive personal and business information. Dr. Lauryn B. and her team will treat your information with discretion and will not share identifying details without your consent, except as required by law.

Similarly, you agree to keep confidential any proprietary materials, methods, or information shared within group programs or mastermind settings and to respect the privacy of fellow participants.

8. Program Access & Conduct

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to program materials as outlined in the specific program details. Access is personal and non-transferable.

You agree to participate in all programs in a professional, respectful manner. Dr. Lauryn B. reserves the right to remove any participant from a program without refund for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, harassing, or otherwise harmful to other participants or our team.

We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control (e.g., platform outages, internet connectivity issues on your end).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DR. LAURYN B. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from participation in our programs or use of our content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DR. LAURYN BRUNCLIK, ROSLIN MEDIA, AND BLUE HILLS CHIROPRACTIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Lauryn Brunclik and Roslin Media LLC, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Relationships

Our Site and podcast may contain links to third-party websites and resources. We may participate in affiliate programs and may earn a commission if you purchase through our links at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we believe in, but we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or offerings of third-party sites. In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, we will provide clear and conspicuous disclosures near any affiliate link, sponsored content, or paid endorsement so that you understand our material connection to the brands or products being recommended. Participation in affiliate purchases or sponsored offers is always voluntary.

13. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Testimonials and case studies featured on our Site reflect the real experiences of past clients. However, they are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results. Business and income results depend on many factors, including your individual effort, background, market conditions, and commitment to implementing strategies taught in our programs.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Binding Individual Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Roslin Media LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services that is not resolved informally will be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) on an individual basis, rather than in court. The arbitration will be seated in, and any non-arbitrable disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in, Barron County, Wisconsin. You and Roslin Media LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

15. Modifications to Terms

Dr. Lauryn B. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any program at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, our clients, or third parties. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dr. Lauryn B. with respect to the Site and Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
