Platform Transition Agreement

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The membership platform will be transitioned from Kajabi to Roslin Media (via the GoHighLevel platform).

  • This transition will not result in any additional cost to the Participant beyond their current monthly membership fee.

ORIGINAL SERVICE AGREEMENT OF  THE UNCHARTED COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP

This Membership Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between She Slays the Day, LLC (the "Provider"), in collaboration with Roslin Media LLC, and the individual purchasing the The Uncharted Collective membership (the "Participant"). By completing the purchase, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Commitment

  • By enrolling, the Participant commits to a 6-month or 12-month membership (as selected upon purchase).

  • No cancellations are allowed before the commitment period ends.

  • If the Participant cancels early, they will be charged the difference between what they have paid so far and $2,997 to cover the full 8-Step Success Path program included in the membership.

  • After the commitment period ends, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

2. Program Features

The Participant will receive access to the following:

  • 8-Step Success Path for building a monetizable personal brand.

  • Monthly audience & outreach challenges to expand their reach.

  • Live training sessions on key branding and marketing strategies.

  • Hot seat coaching & Q&A calls for personalized guidance.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are billed on a recurring monthly basis for the duration of the selected 6-month or 12-month commitment.

  • After the commitment period ends, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

  • If the Participant wishes to cancel after the commitment period, they must email [email protected] to request cancellation before the next billing cycle.

  • After reaching month 7 (for a 6-month commitment) or month 13 (for a 12-month commitment), the Participant may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be provided once the membership has started.

  • Participants cannot self-cancel their recurring payments through the platform.

  • To cancel their plan after the commitment period ends, Participants must email [email protected], and the Provider will process the cancellation.

  • Early cancellation before the commitment period ends results in a $2,997 charge.

  • After month 7 (for a 6-month commitment) or month 13 (for a 12-month commitment), cancellations can be made at any time with no additional fees.

5. Participant Responsibilities

  • The Participant agrees to provide accurate registration information.

  • The Participant is responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

  • The Participant agrees to actively participate and engage in the program.

6. Intellectual Property & Limited License

  • All course materials and content are the exclusive property of She Slays the Day, LLC and Roslin Media LLC.

  • The Participant is granted a non-transferable, single-use license to access program content.

  • No reproduction, redistribution, or resale of program materials is permitted.

7. Legal Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The program is provided "as is", with no guarantees of specific results.

  • The Provider is not responsible for any business outcomes related to the Participant's use of the program.

  • The Provider is not liable for technology disruptions affecting program access.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in Wisconsin courts.

9. Acknowledgment & Agreement Checkbox

By checking the box at checkout, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Membership Service Agreement. The Participant understands their commitment and payment obligations, including the refund and cancellation policy.
