The arbitration will be seated in, and any non-arbitrable disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in, Barron County, Wisconsin. You and Roslin Media LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
